Visitors to our website

Newsletter sign-up

We give exclusive offers and updates to our newsletter subscribers. All we ask for is an email address. We don’t share this information with other organisations and businesses.

Website accounts & purchases

Website visitors can sign up for an account or checkout as a guest. The personal information collected when accounts are created and purchases are made are used solely for functional and transactional purposes. For example, it is necessary to collect an address and phone number for delivering purchases but this information is not used for other purposes that have not been opted into.

A separate option is provided for subscribing to our newsletter during the checkout process.

Customers have the option to pay using Stripe or PayPal. Stripe is a highly secure and encrypted third party service that we use to take card payments. PayPal allows customers to pay by card or using their PayPal account balance. For security purposes, no card details are stored directly on our site. We allow people to get in touch using contact forms if they prefer. The information they submit is stored and used solely for responding to the enquiry and isn’t used for other reasons.
