The best Flapjack recipes with a healthy twist
This week we’ve been in a bit of a flapjack frenzy. I don't know what it is about this time of the year, but it seems like an extra boost of energy (or a good-for-you sweet treat perhaps?) is needed.

We took the opportunity to experiment with a few additions to our mix, and thought we’d share our new combos with you as you can really add extra protein and fibre with a few delicious additions.

Ingredients: 100g melted butter or coconut oil 1 230g pack of Sweetpea Pantry Super Oat Flapjack Mix 2 tbsp finely chopped pecan nuts 2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds 4 tbsp maple syrup
Prepare the Super Oat Flapjacks as per pack instructions, with the addition of the chopped pecan nuts and hemp at the same time as your mix.

Apricot & Walnut Flapjacks

Cheeky Choc Flapjacks
